(BOSTON, MA)– In celebration of Passover, which begins at sundown on Monday, March 25th, 2013, the Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro will be offering a special, prix fixe Passover Dinner on Monday, March 25th and Tuesday, March 26th, 2013 from 5:30PM – 11:00PM. A bread service of matzo will be followed by a three course menu from Executive Chef Josh Lewin featuring selections such as Matzo Ball Soup with chicken consommé, hen of the woods mushroom and mirepoix, Braised Beef Brisket with melted red cabbage and sunchoke latke, and Turkish Passover Cake with walnuts, orange and almond milk gelato. The prix fixe menu is available for $38 per person (+tax and gratuity) or items can be ordered à la carte. Regular menu will also be available.
